The key is hard to turn in the lock, or won't turn at all
Is the lock difficult to turn with the provided key?. Does the lock not turn at all or is “stuck” when you insert the key?. If the latch is not closing completely, you'll need to adjust it to lie flat. If these tips do not resolve the issue, please c
