The Sorein 400W Solar Panel comes with 4 feet of cable. Sorein keeps the cable short because of the high power output of the panels. If you want to place your solar panels further away, you'll need an MC4 to MC4 extension cable.
It is important to make sure the gauge of the extension cable is appropriate for the length of the extension. A long cord with light wire may reduce the power output or cause a dangerous condition.
