Troubleshooting connection problems with Sorein appUpdated 6 days ago
Energy Keeper app is set up but cannot connect to the power station
- The Sorein Power Station is powered on, and it has connected to WiFi. The white WiFi symbol on the front panel should be on steadily. The power station can't connect with Bluetooth only.
- Your phone has a good Internet connection.
- The local WiFi is working (an Internet connection is available).
- If the local WiFi network is different from the one that was originally set up, the new local network must be set up in the app. Sorein will try to connect to the WiFi network that was most recently used, until another network is chosen.
Energy Keeper app does not show username
If the app doesn't show your username when it first starts, you can pull down on the main screen to refresh it.
Energy Keeper app is unable to connect the Sorein to WiFi
- Long WiFi network names (SSIDs), and SSIDs with special characters can prevent the power station from being able to connect.
- WiFi must be 2.4 GHz, not 5 GHz.
- MAC and IP address filtering should be turned off on the local WiFi network.
Please note: AIR GEAR does not provide support for Energy Keeper. The app is maintained by a third party and we have no control over its function. We regret that we cannot help troubleshoot connection or software problems beyond this Help Center article.
