The shipper says the package was delivered, but it was not deliveredUpdated a year ago
There are several common reasons for this. And the good news is that nearly 100% of people who contact us with this question eventually finds/receives their package.
First, is it possible someone else in your household set the package in an unexpected place? Or that a neighbor took the package from your porch for safe keeping? Or that a neighbor received your delivery by mistake?

Second, sometimes even when tracking shows "delivered" the carrier doesn't drop off the package until the next day or two.
