Try these troubleshooting tips:

Is the lock difficult to turn with the provided key?

• Put some silicon spray or graphite into the lock and work it in with the key. This should resolve the issue.

Does the lock not turn at all or is “stuck” when you insert the key?

• Wiggle the key slightly as you try to turn it.
• Make sure that then you close the latch, it lies all the way flat, like the photo below. If the latch is not completely closed, the tumbler may not engage and the key won't work properly.

• Photo or video that helps us understand what is going on.
• The number that is printed on the key, so we know which lock this refers to.

If we determine the locks are defective, we will arrange for a replacement.
