Sorein charging is slower than expectedUpdated an hour ago

Slow charging can be the result of several factors. Here are two primary reasons you might be seeing a charge rate less than you expected:

1. If you've selected "Silent Charging" in the Energy Keeper app, the charge speed will be limited to 750 watts. Change the setting to "Super-fast Charging" to restore the unit to its normal maximum charge rate of 1,800 watts.

2. If there are one or more Extra Batteries in the stack, and one of them significantly more discharged than the others, or the Main Unit, charging will be slow at first. The Sorein Power Station has to "balance" the batteries, and at times it may have to slow down the charge rate. This is normal.

3. Sorein can only charge as fast as the available power. Using the AC charging cord, the maximum rate is 1,800 watts. Through the XT60 cable, the maximum charging rate is 1,000 watts. If you are using solar panels, a 12 volt accessory outlet on a vehicle, the charging will be the limited to the power those inputs can provide.
