AIR GEAR shipping methods

AIR GEAR ships using UPS, USPS (US Postal Service), and FedEx. Most shipments go by UPS.

If you need a shipment to a PO Box, please contact AIR GEAR Customer Service (email: [email protected], phone: 520-605-5000) to specify USPS shipping. Some products cannot be shipped to a PO Box, so please check in advance if you must use a PO Box.

If you cannot receive USPS at your address, it helps to let us know so that we can be sure to use UPS.

Expedited or overnight shipping

We are not able to offer expedited shipping options (overnight, two-day, etc). Most shipments arrive within 4-5 days.

We supply a tracking number with most shipments, as well as regular updates on shipping progress. 

Shipment tracking not updated, stuck in transit, or not moving

Occasionally, carriers such as US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx do not scan packages when they first receive them. This can make it appear as though the shipment hasn’t started moving, even though it is already in transit.

We recommend giving the package a few days to update and arrive. If you don’t see movement or receive it within a week, please contact AIR GEAR Customer Service for help.

Where does AIR GEAR ship from?

Sorein products ship from Goodyear, Arizona. 

All other products ship from Tucson, Arizona.

How long will it take for a shipment to arrive?

Most items arrive in 2-5 working days, depending on the distance of your address from our warehouse.

Power Station products containing batteries are shipped via FedEx Hazmat service. This means that products containing batteries may arrive on a different day from the rest of your order.

Each Power Station module will be shipped separately, with a tracking number assigned to each piece.
