Removing or disconnecting Sorein modulesUpdated 5 days ago

Sorein Power Station components (or "modules") include the following:

  • Main Unit
  • Extra Battery
  • Extra Inverter

All of these can be stacked on the Off Road Aluminum Cart.

Separating an Extra Battery from the Off Road Cart

This cart has two small locking knobs (or "latches") on the front and rear ends of its base. When engaged, these knobs will secure the component so that it cannot be separated from the cart.

The unlocked position for the knobs is "up".

To release a component from the cart, make sure both knobs are up. Then, lift the component abruptly from the cart. If it doesn't release, check the position of both knobs and try again.

Be sure that you are only trying to remove one component from the cart. In other words, all other components should be removed first. It's not safe to try to lift more than one component at a time.

If you have difficulty lifting the component abruptly enough to release it, you can tip the cart on its side and try to release it that way.

Separating Extra Battery modules

Open the side panels of all Extra Batteries. With the side panels open, you can see metal latches, one on each side of the battery. (See item 4 in the image below.) Slide the metal latches as indicated on the battery. This unlocks the unit above, so that it can be released.
