One of the sensors is not reading on the monitorUpdated 7 months ago

The most common reason for this is that the sensor battery needs to be replaced.

If other sensors are reading normally, put a fresh battery into the sensor that won't read on the monitor. The sensor takes either a CR2032 or CR1632 coin battery, available at many hardware and other stores. Refer to the TST manual or our separate Help Center article on that topic, to find out which one your sensors require.

Another reason the sensor does not read is that it may not be fully connected to the valve stem. Verify that the sensor is fully screwed down to the stem.

If neither of these steps solves your problem, contact TST Customer Support: 770-889-9102.
