My order arrived but a product is damaged. Help!Updated 19 days ago

Sorry to hear that! Packages get quite jostled by shipping carriers these days. 

We'll be happy to replace the damaged item. Just start a return by clicking here.

Choose "Damaged" as the reason, and upload a photo or two of the damage. In most cases, you'll receive 100% store credit for the damaged item within 1 business day. You can use that store credit to order a replacement.
