These fans come as a 2-pack, since each Extra Battery takes two fans.Cooling fans are required for these situations:<ul><li>Use of a Sorein or AIR GEAR x Sorein Power Station in temperatures over 100&#xB0;F.&#xA0;</li><li>When using a 2.1 kWh (G1) Extra Battery with a 3300W Extra Inverter or 3300W Main Unit.</li></ul>The Extra Cooling Fans are installed simply by snapping them in place, and connecting the power wires.
