Yes.

Our normal recommendation is that when solar panels are used in parallel, they should have matching output ratings. This is to ensure that the panels are able to perform optimally.

However, minor variations are acceptable. For example, good results can be achieved with the Sorein 450W and 400W solar panels wired in parallel to charge a power station. This can easily be done using these adapters:

• AIR GEAR XT60 Y-connector
• AIR GEAR Anderson SB50 to MC4 adapter (one for each Sorein panel)
