THEN:

• It is possible your IP address was incorrectly identified as being used by bots, fraudsters, or spammers in the past. Sometimes real visitors may look suspicious, due to unusual activity or repeated requests.
• We can "whitelist" your IP address, if you know it.
• We can give you a work-around to access our site, even if you don't know your IP address.
• Please call AIR GEAR Customer Support for assistance.

IF your order was canceled immediately after placing it:

• Your email address may be on a block list, or your credit card may have been compromised.
• You can contact AIR GEAR Customer Support to request that this block be removed.
