Apple Pay only appears as a payment option in checkout when all of these are true:
- Browser: You must be using Safari — not Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. (even on iPhone, Chrome won't show Apple Pay)
- Device: You must be a compatible Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac with Touch ID/Face ID, or Apple Watch)
- Wallet: You must have at least one card saved in your Apple Wallet/Keychain
- Region: Apple Pay must be supported in your country (which shouldn't be a problem if you're placing your order from within the USA)
- Device/iOS restrictions: Screen Time or MDM (mobile device management) restrictions can block Apple Pay on managed devices.
- Private Relay / iCloud+: In rare cases, iCloud Private Relay can interfere with Apple Pay detection.
Usually the reason is that you're on a non-Safari browser, or don't have a card in Apple Wallet. If you are sure that you're meeting all of Apple's requirements and still can't use Apple Pay, please contact AIR GEAR Customer Support.
