If your AIRLoq is unresponsive when you press the keys on the keypad, the batteries are probably dead. You can open the lock with the backup metal key, or power it with a power bank and a USB-C cable.

If the AA batteries are new and the AIRLoq is still unresponsive, check that all four of the AA batteries are in the correct orientation.

Note that if the volume has been turned down, you may not hear beeping when you press the buttons. However, the keypad should still illuminate and the lock should operate correctly.

If the AIRLoq works when powered by a portable power bank with USB-C cable, but doesn't work on battery, this is an indication that there's something wrong with the batteries. Replace all 4 batteries with a known good set.
