Which Micro-Air thermostat should I purchase?Updated 11 days ago
Always verify by looking at your existing thermostat in your RV before selecting a Micro-Air replacement
Various brands of thermostat and air conditioner have been installed in Airstreams and other brand trailers and motorhomes over the years. Our staff can't tell you which one fits your RV.
The best way to choose the correct thermostat for your RV is to look at the thermostat that is currently installed in your trailer or motorhome, and choose the Micro-Air that matches. You can see all the thermostat types on the Micro-Air collection page of our store.
Airstream has installed Dometic, GE, and Coleman brands in the past.
Airstream Classic trailers and motorhomes (Interstate, Rangeline, Atlas)
There are no Micro-Air thermostats to fit Airstream Classic trailers or all motorhomes with integrated climate control systems by Truma, Alde, and Timberline.
2026 and later Airstream thermostats
Model year 2026 and later Airstreams use a multi-zone GE thermostat. Currently, there is no Micro-Air model that can replace the GE multi-zone thermostat, but we expect to have that product by June, 2026.
Can the Micro-Air EasyTouch RV Digital Thermostat be installed in a trailer which has no thermostat?
No, the Micro-Air can only be installed to replace an existing thermostat.
My trailer has two thermostats. Should I buy one or two Micro-Air replacements?
If your Airstream has two thermostats, you can choose to replace one thermostat or both. It's up to you whether you want the benefits of the Micro-Air upgrade on both thermostats.
Airstream Basecamp
There is no Micro-Air EasyTouch thermostat that fits Airstream Basecamp trailers with Truma Eco combination heat/hot water systems. There is also no Micro-air thermostat that replaces the Dometic Duo-Therm analog thermostat.
