Ways to connect the TST booster / repeaterUpdated an hour ago

The TST booster can be attached to any constant 12-volt power source, including those inside the RV. These include:

• Directly to the batteries, in the outside battery box on a trailer (except Airstream Trade Wind).
• Spliced into the 12-volt line for the power hitch jack or the breakaway switch.
• Spliced into the power supply for a light (before the switch) in an upper cabinet.
• Attached to the main 12V DC bus bar.

It is OK to install the repeater/booster inside the RV, toward the front.

Make sure that the 12 volt power connection you use is not switched (in other words, no switch other than the main Battery Disconnect will interrupt power to the repeater/booster.)
