Propane is leaking from the propane tank side of the GasStopUpdated 2 days ago

If you've properly installed the GasStop device but find that propane is leaking from the propane tank side of the GasStop device, it's most likely due to a missing O-ring inside of the GasStop device itself. In rare cases, this O-ring can get dislodged, causing the leak.

To diagnose whether this is the reason for the leak, look into the GasStop from the bottom of the device. If you do not see the black O-ring as shown in the photo below, yours is missing and must be replaced.

The fix is simple: Contact our customer support team and we'll send you a replacement O-ring for you to install.
