My AIR GEAR Sun Shade snaps keep coming offUpdated 7 months ago

If the rivet snaps aren't installed in the right place, they won't be able to hold the Sun Shade. The snaps must be installed on the main awning's roller bar, with the snap face pointed toward the Airstream. We recommend putting them even with or about 1/2" above the line of factory-installed rivets on the roller bar, as shown below.

If you've installed the rivet snaps too low, or on the underside of the roller bar, you'll need to install a new set in the correct position. We have extra snap sets available here.
