Leaking valve on EasyAirUpdated 7 days ago

If you find that air leaks from the EasyAir valve, the problem is very easy to fix. The "valve core" sometimes is a little loose. To tighten it, use the little tool that came with your EasyAir kit. It is part of the original metal cap, and it looks like this:

If you have lost the original cap with the valve core tool, you can get a replacement valve core tool at any auto parts store. They are very inexpensive.

Just unscrew this cap, reverse it so that the narrow part goes into the valve, and rotate it clockwise until the valve feels tight (doesn't turn anymore). It will usually take just a little bit of tightening to solve the problem, like 1/8 turn.
