If you are experiencing leakage like in the photo below, most likely it's because the O-ring in the Quick Connect is missing or has fallen out. 

Inspect the inside of the fitting/adapter for a O-ring to see if it is missing or looks damaged. The photos below show examples of where you should see the O-ring, which may be black, or white. 

If the O-ring is missing, please contact us for a replacement, at [email protected] or (520) 605-5000. Once the O-ring is in place, you will not longer experience the leakage.
