Please note that AIR GEAR does not provide technical support for Micro-Air's EasyTouch thermostat, but here's how you can get help:

1. Micro-Air Technical support knowledge base: http://www.micro-air.com/kb_easytouch_rv.cfm

2. Open a ticket on Micro-Air’s website: http://micro-air.com/contact_microair.cfm. They will get a call back quickly. Micro-Air has multiple technicians on staff and typically reply in 5-10 minutes.
