Extension cable options for Sorein 400W Solar PanelUpdated 3 days ago

The Sorein 400W Solar Panel includes two MC4 cables which total about 4 feet of length. If you want a longer cable, you have two options:

1. An MC4-MC4 extension cable. These are readily available on Amazon, and fairly inexpensive. Look for at least 10AWG (10 gauge wire), for lengths up to 10 feet.
2. If you want a longer cable than 10 feet, you need heavier gauge wire. We suggest our Solar panel extension cable, 8AWG, 25 ft. Choose the option for "Both XT60 and MC4 adapters" so that the cable will be able to connect to your power station and the MC4 connectors on the solar panel.
