You can leave your TST sensors on the tires all the time. The springs in the valve won't "go bad" (despite what some YouTubers think) and there's no need at all to remove the sensors between trips.

If you remove a sensor and find that the tire valve leaks, the valve core can be replaced with a simple tool, without removing the wheel or tire. 

It's always a good idea to have new tire valve stems installed every time you replace the tires.
