Blu Tech sells various 2-filter and 3-filter water filtration systems.

The AR2 and AR3 models currently sold by AIR GEAR are functionally identical to the R2/R3 and MR2/MR3 models. The only significant difference is that the AR2 and AR3 water filtration systems have an aluminum enclosure. Functionally they are the same as other 2-filter and 3-filter models sold by Blu Tech. They all use the same filters.

The water quality provided by a 3-filter system is the same as the 2-filter system. The major difference is that the third filter extends the life of the other two.
